2. What was the idea behind starting this organization?
With my network and interaction with most of the founders of various enterprises made me recognize the loopholes in the strategies upheld by them and noticed that it was one of the factors contributing to the let-backs. With a passion to succeed as an entrepreneur and assist organizations to grow by portraying their brand presence, I have established KRVGuru in the year 2018.
3. What are the services you offer to your clients?
The core strength of the company lies in Digital Strategies & Business Growth Planning where it offers market solutions, a value-added proposition with ROI driven results. We understand the client's needs and crafts effective solutions. We understand the substantial benefits of strategic management that help organizations formulate better ideas, by utilizing systematic, logic and rational approach to make the appropriate choice. We have added technology services such as Web development & Mobile app development.
4. What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors / outsourcing?
Our business model is completly in-house. Because we can work as per our guidelines, standard & client service models. We have a pefect in-house business model which follows each & every step that is required to deliver the best results to the clients.
5. After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?
Yes definitely, After service is an important part of development/business. We do provide support to our clients in various modes. we focus on our client needs to resolve at the earliest. We believe in meeting client needs with highest level of satisfaction is a necessary part of development. Responding to the clients after the development or after the sale is a high priority deliverable for us.
6. Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can make a difference in the technology world?
The app revolution is already making a difference in the technology as well as in the business world. I think mobile apps do benefit for enterprises, startups & small businesses in a big way. As per statistics, 62% businesses had already apps in place for them, of that 20% used their apps for branding, 30% have revenue generating apps and 50% for support and engagement. These numbers may differ also. There is a huge scope of app for the business. Be it for b2b or b2c app plays an important role. But, for us it is necessary to stick with the advanced technologies & understand the market need well so that we can meet them on time. Which we are really working to meet the needs.
7. Define your future prospective and vision regarding new technologies like wearable and IoT apps?
As we are much into marketing & branding, Our technology development leaned towards these platforms only. We haven't yet much focused on wearable & IoT apps. But, recently we have started working with one of our client on the wearable technology & integration of the same to some of the major platforms. I believe that future is going to lead by these technologies. These technologies will help to develop new applications that would really require for the betterment of the society.
8. What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
There are various factors that we consider for a mobile app development. Such as platform, features & functionalities required, 3rd party api integration, timelines, budget, involved technologies future prospectives, cross platform mobile app requirement or not, Pricing model, Business logic etc.
9. What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry and how much you’re prepared to face those challenges?
The outsourcing industry is changing rapidly. Presence of numerous players in the market with stiff competition on deliverables, There are lot of challenges in the Industry. But, We have prepared ourselves to face every hurdle with our strategies & USP. We believe in delivering best results with an excellent ROI to the client is necessary for a client retention or acquistion. We have proven track record of success stories of delivering results to our clientele. We have the best resource to deliver the requirements & meet the client need on time. We focus on continuous improvement of our knowledge base, skills etc. Lot of training programs are conducted at KRV Guru to sharpen the skills of our employees so that output for our customers will be good. The team is steady and efficient enough to manage big projects and meet your needs. We focus on our core competencies to deliver better result.
10. What latest technologies and tools you’re planning to implement for mobile app development?
We are currently working on Android, iOS, Flutter & Xamarin technologies for mobile apps. As our focus is much on Marketing & Branding, We work on mobile app development in parallel or as a part of the projects with our clients. But, going further we are planning to have a dedicated & expert teams on mobile app development. We have automated most of the procedures with remarkable tools. By scaling the techniques, we would like to gear up as a digital marketing agency to meet the trends and fulfill the need with AI/Mobile app tools. We are planning to develop a product that will bridge the gap in the next paradigm shift.
